The Canary Islands can expect another warm and generally settled day today, Tuesday, with sunshine alternating with cloud cover across much of the archipelago and temperatures remaining similar to those seen in recent days.
According to the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET), some light drizzle may develop in northern parts of several islands, particularly during the early morning and late evening, although any rainfall is expected to be brief and scattered.
Winds are expected to be generally light to moderate from the north, although stronger gusts may develop at times on eastern and western slopes and in higher mountain areas on some islands.
At sea, northerly to north-easterly winds of Force 3 to 4 are forecast, occasionally reaching Force 5 in some locations. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate, becoming choppier in exposed areas.
